CNR was tasked to design, set up and manage a priority publication ordering service for Achieving best practice in your business. In conjunction with the client (Department of Trade & Industry), CNR identified that the most economic and effective way to do this was to establish an online registration process. Registration entitled end users to order publications in bulk quantities.CNR created and administered a stand-alone micro-site to handle the registration process. This facility was then promoted to the active communities who required access to this service: advisers, customer contact staff, marketing teams, authorised contractors and Department of Trade & Industry staff. The registration process captured additional information, which allowed the client to both qualify the application and tailor future marketing communications.
As an integral part of this process, CNR also cleaned the original list of users, which has improved the quality of the core marketing database.
CNR maintained close liaison with the Department of Trade & Industry marketing contractors and all the stakeholders during the process. The task was completed on time and within budget and the publication ordering service was set up to the complete satisfaction of the client.
