Simon Tepper is a specialist in workforce development. He has a background in Further Education, as Head of Adult Education and then Head of Business Development for colleges in the South West of England.
During his time in the FE Sector, Simon was responsible for developing a successful training service for local companies and for the delivery of large externally funded programmes, including ESF initiatives for adult education, learners with learning difficulties and SMEs. Simon now undertakes consultancy and project management activities for clients in the public, voluntary & community sector.
Simon has direct, personal experience of establishing a highly successful small business, through which he is able to understand workforce development as a consumer, not merely as a provider.
