Nigel Poulton offers an unusual mix of skills, as he is both a fully qualified accountant (FCIMA) and has held senior marketing roles with a number of high profile organisations. Before becoming a full time consultant, he was Managing Director for a chain of Chandlers. He has worked as a consultant for 9 years and as an Associate of CNR for 4 years.
Nigel offers a broad range of marketing skills and has worked in the direct response, network selling, business-to-business, e-commerce, retail and branded consumer goods and services sectors. His roles as Head of Marketing for a Division of the Abbey National and Director of Marketing for the Hamptons and Offshore Division of Bristol and West Building Society provided direct experience of high-level strategic decision making, combined with the day to day accountability for managing marketing activities.
Nigel has managed a number of large customer-driven change projects for companies and organisations, both in the private and government sectors.
